The Courageous Conversations Respect & Equity working party (C-CREW) lead a gender audit at Alpine Health from 2014-2015. The Gender audit process has seen some real gains at Alpine Health, with the C-CREW developing the Respect and Equity plan that supports Alpine Health to achieve gender integration and to increase respect and equity within organisational processes, programs and activities.
